These Terms of Service apply to all plumbing services provided by Bob Plumbing Repair Sugar Land.
Service requests can be made online, by phone, or through emergency hotline. We strive to accommodate scheduling requests within 24 hours for non-emergency services and immediately for emergencies. Please provide as much detail as possible about your plumbing issue when requesting service.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a service fee.
We provide free estimates for most services. Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. Emergency service fees may apply to after-hours calls.
We guarantee satisfaction with our workmanship. If you have concerns about completed service, please contact us within 7 days and we will address the issue promptly.
